to complete the ZATCA integration process.

ZATCA setup requires a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your
registered mobile number with ZATCA. This step will be handled with you

directly during the setup call.

If you have existing balances to be migrated into the system,
please download the Opening Balances Template, fill it carefully,
and upload it here.

If you do not have opening balances, you may leave this field empty.


6️⃣Customers & Contacts (CRM)

If you already have customers or contacts that you would like to import
into the system (for CRM, invoicing, or sales tracking), please 
download the Contacts Template, fill it with the relevant details, and upload it here.

If you do not have a contacts list at this time, you may leave this field

empty and add customers manually later.


7️⃣Products & Services

If you already have products or services that you would like to set up in the system, and have them ready for quotations and invoices.
please download the Products & Services template, fill it
with the required details, and upload it here.

If you do not have products or services at this stage, you may leave
this field empty and add them later after the system is live.


8️⃣Additional Notes

Use this field to share any additional notes, special requests,

or clarifications that may help us during the system setup.


9️⃣Acknowledgment & Confirmation


I hereby confirm that all information and documents provided through this form are accurate, complete, and have been carefully reviewed. I acknowledge full responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies that may affect the system implementation.

I acknowledge that I will be contacted by an authorized Odoo representative to complete the setup of the monthly Odoo subscription. I understand that Royal Ridge Global will provide the first month of the subscription free of charge as part of this package.

I acknowledge and agree that once this form is submitted and the implementation process begins, I will no longer be eligible to request a refund. This submission is considered an official authorization to commence the agreed scope of work.
